European School of Law lance en 2019 le premier LL.M. en Aviation Law. Accessible au niveau post-Master ou sur expérience professionnelle, ce diplôme de 300 heures couvre les principaux domaines juridiques d'un secteur en pleine expansion mondiale : principales conventions internationales, open sky et droits de trafic, responsabilité des compagnies aériennes, droit des drones, financement des aéronefs, concurrence entre constructeurs, modèles juridiques de gestion des aéroports etc.
En partenariat avec les principaux acteurs industriels du secteur ainsi que des grandes écoles (ISAE-Supaero...), ce diplôme, entièrement enseigné en anglais, est une première mondiale et offre de nombreux débouchés professionnels.

The European School of Law is launching the LL.M. in Aviation Law in 2019. This 300 h diploma is designed for both students holding a Master's and applicants with an aviation-related professional background. The LL.M. addresses the main legal issues facing this booming sector: international conventions and institutions, open sky agreements, airline liability, drone legislation, aircraft financing, competition in the aircraft industry, airport ownership and management models...
