M1 : French students must apply on the Mon Master plateform.
Non-french students must apply on eCandidature.
Depending on your country of residence and the diplomas you hold, you may have to comply with additional procedures for your visa application.
M2 : All students must apply on eCandidature only.

We remind you that you must follow the visa procedure on Études en France to facilitate the obtention of your visa.
Proof of your English proficiency is required when applying.
A B2 level, or C1 depending on the program, is required.
We accept the following certifications: TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, Cambridge English.
The B2 level is equivalent to the following scores on the most widely recognized English proficiency tests: TOEIC: 785-944 / IELTS: 5.0-6.0 / TOEFL iBT: 87-109 / TOEFL CBT: 180-226 / TOEFL PBT: 505-564.
To apply for the programs, applicants need to have the equivalent of 180 or 240 ECTS credits, depending on the program. Candidates should consult their institution to determine the ECTS value of their degree.
For candidates who are not EU citizens and come from a country that follows the "Études en France" procedure, it is mandatory to register and apply through Campus France in order to obtain a student visa.
Each country that follows the "Etudes en France" procedure has a dedicated Campus France platform, on which you must apply.
You have tuition fees to pay for the foolowing master's degrees:
- International Economic Law, 4,500€
- Cross-border Disputes, 4,500€
- International Aviation Law, 7,500€
These fees apply to ALL students, including those receiving a Crous or excellence scholarship. These students will simply be exempted from the national fee, which amounts to €254 for the 2025/2026 year.
For these students (and only these students), the fees will be €4,246 or €7,246, depending on the program chosen.
The university does not offer scholarships for this program; however, we encourage you to check with your home country or region for available scholarships or financial aid.
The ESL offers a scholarship covering tuition fees to two M2 students already enrolled in M1 the previous year and who will be staying in Toulouse at UT Capitole for their M2.
Tuition covers national fees (€254 in 25/26) except for studens with Crous of Excellence scholarships, the Toul'box program to help foreign students settling in for the first time, participation in possible study trips, courses taught entirely in English, a welcome week and special support from the ESL administrative team.

The university does not provide housing for international students. International students who have not lived in France for more than two years are not eligible for CROUS accommodations.
However, the university offers a paid service called ToulBox, which assists with setting up a bank account, finding housing, and handling various administrative procedures before your arrival.
All courses are taught entirely in English.
Yes, all degrees awarded by the university are recognized by the French government as well as internationally. You earn 180 ECTS credits for Master 1 and 240 for Master 2.
It is the student's responsibility to find an internship or work-study position; however, many companies in Toulouse are focused on international activities and are looking for interns or work-study students. For those of you applying for a work-study program, please specify this in your cover letter.
