Objectives

This course is a re-shaped version of previous Master MINTEC, and is a 2 year program entirely taught in English.

The programme offers a comparative perspective, focuses on methodology with a view to providing the students with the tools needed to hold positions as lawyers in an international and European context.

Semesters 3 and 4 aim at giving students a thorough knowledge of international economic legal issues. According to the French grading system, the master’s degree is a national diploma recognised in the European Union countries and which is equivalent to a Legum Magister (LLM).

Specificities

During Semester 4, students will participate to the "ESL Legal Lab". Which is a practical experience developed in collaboration with ESL partners (Lawyer office, international corporations, local and national companies etc), adapted to provide the necessary skills to integrate the professional world. During this class, the students will be required to work in small groups on specific cases having an International, European and/or Comparative law dimension under specific supervision by both Professors and professionals, in order to propose effective and concrete solutions that can be utilized on daily practice by the ESL partners.
