Intellectual property

The site is the exclusive property of the European School of Law and is subject to French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. The texts, photographs, drawings, sounds, videos, etc. that make up the site are the property of the European School of Law or of third parties who have authorised the European School of Law to use them. The layout, resulting code and databases are also protected by the French Intellectual Property Code.

In accordance with the provisions of article L 122-5, paragraph 2, of the French Intellectual Property Code, copies or reproductions are authorised for private use only and not for collective use. Brief quotations are authorised in the context of communication, publication or other actions for professional use, provided that the author and the URL address of the page quoted are mentioned. In the case of digital publication, the URL must allow direct access to the home page.

1. What is a "cookie"?
