Zoé Jacquemin is Professor of Comparative and European Private Law. After studying in Tours (Bachelor’s Degree in Law), Paris (Master's Degree in Comparative Law) and Berlin (LL.M.) and working for the European Commission in Brussels on European contract law, she chose to follow a research path and defended her doctoral thesis at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas on the functions of contractual liability in French, German and English law.
Zoé Jacquemin joined the University of Toulouse Capitole in January 2022 as Professor of Private Law and Criminal Law, following six years as Senior Lecturer at the University Sorbonne Paris Nord and involvement in the network Trans Europe Experts, of which she is now President. At the same time, she became research director of the European university alliance ENGAGE.EU.
Zoé Jacquemin, who speaks English, German, Spanish and French, was appointed Director of the European School of law Toulouse in July 2023.
Charlotte Rault is a Senior Lecturer in English. She holds a PhD in Irish Studies from the University of Caen-Basse Normandie, focusing on an analysis of political debates in the Republic of Ireland on European integration (1948-2002). In 2020, she also obtained a Master 2 in International and European Law from the University of Toulouse Capitole. Her thesis dealt with the post-Brexit human rights protection in the United Kingdom and on the island of Ireland.
After teaching at the University of Caen and University College Dublin, she was recruited by Toulouse Capitole University in 2008, where she gained extensive experience in administrative management, first as Director of the Language Resource Centre and then as Director of the Department of Languages and Cultures. A member of the ESL teaching team since 2015, she has been involved in the life of the school since 2019 as programme convenor for the double degrees with the UK and Ireland.
The Secretary General is the administrative and financial manager of the School. She works closely with the Director and Deputy Director to ensure the smooth running and development of the School. She supervises the cooperation agreements with partner universities and collaborates in the development of teaching programmes. She supports the institutional projects of the School and the Faculty and coordinates events and scientific activities.

The Administrative Manager is in charge of student mobility at undergraduate level. He is also in charge of the School's general logistics.
The Administrative and Education Manager is responsible for the administration of the Diploma in EU Law (DEDUE), the Diploma in European Digital Health Law (EDHIL), the ESLToulouse Diploma and the LLM in International Aviation Law. She also manages the 2nd-year mobility for Masters programmes.

In charge of promoting ESL Toulouse's image and identity, as well as disseminating information, he develops and implements communication initiatives and tools aimed at both internal and external audiences. He is also responsible for project funding and communication, monitors calls for training projects and assists teachers and students in setting up and running their European and international projects.
